What is it?
Since the back-handspring is vital to all tumbling levels we are taking January to implement this Stingray Tried and True practice!
“Hitting the 100” uses a portion (usual 15 minutes if they students are putting forth the effort) of the hour class to focus on the most important skill in tumbling, the back handspring. Using different variations (for different levels) athletes will strengthen their power and potential by completing 100 back handsprings under their coaches supervision.
